Sessions

Private Session

The private session is a quality customized workout with your instructor creating a unique program based on your individual strengths, needs and goals. The one-on-one interaction between you and your instructor yields tremendous results, especially for the beginner client. Introducing you to the foundational concepts of Pilates and beginning to introduce longer term movement goals, your instructor will use the most appropriate Pilates apparatus to help improve your core strength, flexibility and control, as well direct you with the appropriate verbal and visual clues to support the proper execution of each exercise.

The Duet

A duet is a session with two participants working with one instructor. This is a great option for accountability and enjoyment as you’re able to share a lesson with a friend, family member, or another student with similar physical capacity/goals. If you already have a friend or partner in mind, great! If not, we’ll do our best to pair you with someone of similar ability and goals! Building mastery of the Pilates order and spring settings is just one of the many benefits to a 50 minute duet session.

Equipment Classes

The class format and intensity level is based upon who comes to class and the discretion of the instructor. With small group sizes we can accommodate clients’ goals and requests with each visit. Having full access to all the apparatus in the studio to create a customized workout based on the needs of the group, the class may include the use of: Reformers, Cadillac/Tower Units, Barrels, Oov, Franklin Balls, Mat Exercises, and Small Props. *Prior experience and teacher approval is needed before attending our small group classes as these classes progress with pace and flow, requiring knowledge of exercise names and spring tension settings. It is not advised that clients attend group classes without having worked privately with our highly trained instructors. We want to know you by name, know what your body needs and provide you with the care and focus that your body deserves.
