I have been active my entire life and classes at Absolute Pilates are like nothing I have ever done before. When I started I was expecting your typical gym or mat pilates class, wow was I wrong!
I have been going to Absolute Pilates for a year now and the results have been phenomenal. My core strength has improved so much that I have been able to put 20 yards on my drive and dropped 10 strokes on my golf game.
